Pale crimson-ruby center, with glimmers of silver at the rim. The aromatics lead with raspberry, cranberry, pomegranate, and red cherry. Cracked pepper, hibiscus flower, and grapefruit peel are surrounded by tones of flinty matchstick, rhubarb, and wild fennel. The mouthfeel is kinetic and purposeful, showing a tension of fruit skin and citrus peels, with crushed volcanic rock and that cracked-pepper oil that is so appealing.
