Allegracore roughly translates to "the place with the happy heart" and is actually the historical name of the property. A supremely charming Etna rosso, completely open and an absolute joy to drink. Expect buoyant red fruit flecked with red roses and blood orange alongside plenty of mineral cut and whispery tannins. 100% Nerello Mascalese from 20-year-old vines, fermented and aged in steel. Bottled lightly filtered and unfined with minimal added sulfur.
