Smells intensely of cane, grass, earth, olive brine and white pepper initially; aeration allows the bouquet to round-off, leaving more graceful scents of herbs, chalk and rubbing alcohol. Palate entry is surprisingly sweet and sugary; midpalate features dried herbs, cooking spice, tree bark, pine and fresh sugarcane. Clean, medium-weighted, oily, concentrated and mildly sweet in the finish. 40% ABV
