Lambert Estate "The Commitment" Shiraz, Barossa Valley, Australia

The Commitment Shiraz is deep, dark purple in color leading to aromas of plums and black cherries complimented with hints of eucalyptus, beetroot, aniseed and black pepper. The palate comes alive with tastes of light vanilla and sweet berries complexed with characters of cloves, nutmeg, coffee, fennel and dark chocolate. Velvety, soft tannins tensioned with tight acidity create a long toasty, cherry licorice finish.
