Jordan Cabernet Sauvignon, Alexander Valley, Sonoma County, California

Reliable and delicous.  Jordan always finds a way to achieve relatively refined structure given that Alexander Valley is Sonoma County's warmest AVA.  These wines age wonderfully or can be drank right away with a short time in decanter.  A little black berry and cassis with vanilla and nutmeg.  Pairs great with Braised Short Rib.
